Take Care of Your Physical & Mental Health

With NEET PG just around the corner, it’s not just about cramming every last fact into your brain. Try to get 6-7 hours of real sleep, and you will be surprised how much your brain thanks you for it. Food matters too, unfortunately. Those instant noodles or sugary study snacks will give you about ten minutes of fake energy before you crash and burn. Go for actual meals and water. Don’t keep yourself dehydrated. Keep a bottle nearby, or an ORS sachet, so you don’t end up feeling like a wilted houseplant halfway through your notes.Take marathon sessions of 50 minutes of focused work, with a 5-minute break. Scroll memes, stretch, stare out the window—whatever shakes off the brain fog. And hey, put the phone down after 10 PM. Blue light is the enemy. There’s a reason your eyes feel like sandpaper. Old-school paper notes are your friend, trust me.Always move a little. A couple of stretches and some deep breathing can reset your headspace and keep the panic away.

NEET PG Exam Day Planning

Sleepless nights are just how it goes. Everyone gets jittery the night before something huge. Don’t freak out and trust your preparations.Answer the question paper with a plan. Sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. That’s not a reflection of your potential. Keep your head up and keep moving toward your dream branch and college.

  1. Should I do Question banks on the last days?

Yes, but selectively. Don’t attempt full modules or random questions. Use Question Banks for selective, volatile, and tricky topics only. Focus on understanding logic rather than just scoring.
